Return Policy

You may request a return if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to improper use.
• Used or physically damaged products.
• Products without original packaging or accessories.
• Any item returned after the allowed return period.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 3–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct product, subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
